Return to player is a theoretical proportion of stakes returned over a very large number of outcomes under a particular game configuration. A quoted 96% RTP does not mean a person who stakes ₱100 will receive ₱96 back in one session. Short sessions can be far above or below the theoretical rate.

Expected loss is not a session forecast
For an illustrative 96% game, the theoretical house share is 4% of total money wagered over the long run. Total turnover includes repeated bets from the same balance. This arithmetic cannot tell you when a feature will land or recover a previous loss.
The number belongs to a configuration
If an operator shows an RTP figure, the useful question is which game version it belongs to and whether it matches the account being used. A value printed on another website can refer to a different configuration. RTP is not a timer for an imminent win, and a short sequence can differ sharply from a long-run theoretical model.
