How the shortlist is built

This list answers a narrow question: which files have the most complete and consistent public documentation? It does not rank games by popularity, fun or payout. All 20 entries score 7.9/10, the highest mark available while no product page publishes an RTP configuration, and 71 of the 100 files share that score. Within the tie, rows follow our editorial order, so position 1 and position 20 are equally documented.

Use it to pick a well-sourced file to study first, then compare the payout structure and risk label in each row. The files outside the shortlist are not worse games; many simply have a contradictory or unclear field on JILI's page. Every scoring rule is laid out on the method page.
